corruptcop_tykiTyki is the other landlord but he's been away for some time. Today, he finally returns and he comes bearing gifts!
No, not really. You see, dear residents, Tyki is a cruel and twisted person and while he does his job as landlord well, his favorite past time is harassing and generally messing with the Complex guests. And okay, he might have a gift or two for some of the residents. Because gifts are a great peacemaker--or a great way to screw with someone's head.
Just…don't mind that he's phasing through everybody's room to find the ones he has gifts for.
