There is a strange white arrow hovering in the air in front of Rincewind at the moment. He was just eating breakfast and when he looked up, there it was.
It didn't seem to be doing anything. Just floating there. But he decides not to wait and find out if it plans to do anything. Taking his plate he gets up and moves to another table in the big shared kitchen.
