"Might do ya some good eatin' light in the mornin'. Otherwise, you'll be sluggish all day. Keep it steady. That's my motto." Varon grinned.
The one thing he knew was how to do things right even though he was hot-headed about everything else. He was strong for a reason. "Bet you can't run a mile after eatin' junk."
